It takes about 6 to 8 months of age gradually only a child is going to realise because in initial three months we do not have proper vision to see so they only recognise the mother with the smell and later gradually over the passing age and time by the age of 6 to 9 months you will see that the child will start recognising you as mother you will have to teach your child but of course but that’s the right time in a child will probably start it organising you as that
