Q.

in ultrasound report it is mentioned as no obvious sizable soft tissue defect could be seen in the lips and nose .what does it mean? is it problem

A. aapko doctor se discuss karni hogi bn. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
