in the current situation children are not being taken out, so I am worried about vitamin d, they are not exposed to sun, please suggest what to do in this case for vitamin d for kids?

A. can give bit d 3 nano shots to baby one per week for 6 weeks . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
