in pregnancy I have diabetics but after delivery it's normal and HBA1c is 5.7 only later 6 months I found before breakfast 300 and after breakfast 590 but I don't have any Symptoms of diabetics how it's possible

diabetes may not have any symptoms
but you need to check blood sugar properly
get fasting and post meals checked though a lab
you can call lab person at home as well to collect blood
