In night my baby (6 months old) start rubbing her hands on eyes nose frequently which cause disturbance in her sleep. What to do

Clean the eyes properly with warm water and see if that helps maybe there is some particles or some irritation is there into the eyes of the child which is creating this trouble clean it frequently hopefully it will be better you can do it every two or three hours in the day also
