In my ultrasound report it is written that The cervix measures 4 cms in length. The internal OS is closed. What does it mean? please answer

A. well these are all the normal funds of the usg abs ur meabs tgat the cervux is normal in lenght abd there us mo rudk of oreterm labor as of now
