ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. avoid grinded foods, instead start with soft foods, like small pieces of chapati dip in Dal rather than blended
even if child is eating less amount off unblended food for few days it is alright.
let child self feed give finger foods
keep trying and show by example
make child sit with the family to eat to understand how older people have their food

You can give finger foods such as boiled carrot, some soft fruits like banana, chikoo, home made French fries. It's ok if the child will eat less in the beginning but gradually if you practice daily he'll adapt soon. Start with small quantities after regular intervals. Don't give all at once.
