A. milk supplements and health drinks and protein drinks are given only after completion of two years of age and whether your child requires any milk supplements or not will be decided by your doctor but if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any milk supplement /health drinks / immunity booster gummies to the child. this type of energy drinks and milk supplements is just a combination of multivitamin syrup with protein powder. by growth standards if the growth odf the child is within normal limits then usually they do not require such health supplements try to concentrxate on home based nutritional diet for your child.

That’s why I do not ever suggest any parent to give it to the child I’m going to advise you to make a dry fruit powder at home dry roast all of them and once it cools down use that powder add little bit of saffron pinch of turmeric and black pepper into the milk with 1 teaspoon of this powder that’s going to be healthy
