in level-2 scan, intracardiac echogenic focus of size 2.5x 2.0 mm in left ventricle, my doctor suggest me for quadruple scan and fetal echo at 22-24 week, I quadruple report there is low risk, now is it necessary to go for fetal echo scan. I am tension is it a matter of concern, please guide me

A. it's nothing to get stressed for Mostly in maximum cases it gets reduced as the baby grows you just need to have regular follow up about this with your doctor and have proper treatment if needful
