ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi kids can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months.. keep checking for the signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva, soarness and itching in the gums..

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some babies can start teethin as early as three months and in general it can be between 6 month to 9 months but I case of the late bloomers the baby can start teethin around 14 months also and is absolutely nothing to worry about..
