in general if baby having fever and it's worsen in night should we wake up child when she is sleeping for medicine mean to lower temp erature or to wait her to manage by her own immune

A. when you take the temperature in the armpit of the child and if it is hundred or more you have to consider it is fever and give paracetamol to the child otherwise no medicine is required before 100 degree fahrenheit
