In breastfeeding mother which kind of food take to energy and any powder for drink

A. Dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother for increased energy , you should have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products like curd, paneer. Have nuts like almonds, flaxseeds. Have adequate fluid intake.
