in breast feeding mother after their delivery when they get ther first periods will ther be any reduction in milk supply

A. no not at all. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Hi, There is no relation in period and breastmilk supply. You will get your period late if you are exclusively breastfeeding. I got mine after 9 months and my sister got after 10 months from delivery. It depends upon mums to mums. Try using Babyhug bed protector and Babyhug reusable muslin cloth diaper in daytime
