Q.
Im the mother of 14 months child.my baby feed my milk only 2 months.after two months he is feeding formula milk and cow milk.my weight is 62 and my breast is very heavy 42 inches. why .

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
