Q.

I have poor milk supply and feeding my baby with formula. I m able to give her only 90 to 100 ml of breast milk in a day. What is the right time to start cow milk. Can I feed my baby with both cow and formula milk.

A. Cows Milk can only be sorted for a child after completing the age of one year and one month not before that it is not healthy for a child to have cows milk before that so if you’re lacking into your breast feed you can continue with formula feeding regularly till six months after that you can introduce tone pasteurised milk and after one year and one month you can introduce cows milk as well
