im mother of 2 kids. its 1 and a 1/2 year of my 2nd delivery, my weght is still 73.6kg and my height is 5ft"...... cap.reshape 120 is ok to loose weight.... or is there any side effect. . kindly mention it

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. not advisable for medication uy Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

See with these tablets that come some side-effects and a lot of precautions if you want to go for did you talk to your doctor about it I will tell you about every thing and then you decide whether you want to go for it or not and instead of relying on to medicines why don’t you go ahead with exercising and dietingWrite Your Answer Here
