Im in 4th month postpartum how many km walk is safe now per day

if you are not having any problem then you can walk for half an hour to 1 hour also but at the end it is important to see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency otherwise you will get tired more early

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. If you had a normal delivery then you can easily go ahead with walking for 35 to 40 minutes as of now how many steps you do in that much of time that’s going to be comfortable as per your choice so that’s how you can decide to go ahead with
