I am going through 4th month of postpartum, and I always feel the whole body pain even after a small walk or standing. Why this is happening every time? What is the reason behind it?

A. if you are having weakness and pain in the body you should take a healthy diet for yourself also start doing gradual exercises for yourself it will help a lot for you
