Im facing severe hair fall....any help?

Post partum hair fall usually stops on it as mostly it us due yo nutritional deficiency and also use a water softener on your tap as it also reduces breakage of hair and gently massaging the scal daily for 10 mins helps and eat protein and iron rich foods
