Q.
im a mother to 1.6 year old kid. my son had habit of breastfeeding through out the night.im trying to stop that. though he has stopped feeding but he doesnt sleep well.he wakes up every 1 year crying and i have to soothe him by taking on lap.what should i do?

yes it is common problem among breastfed babies.
so don't worry it will be alright by the time.
just offer heavy food like sheera, rab etc at night time meal which will help to decrease the night time waking frequency.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
offer comfort through gently patting or rubbing his or her back.
offer water whenever your child wake up .
please don't scold or yell at your child.
