im a mother of 3 month old.... im having anal fissure so taking creamffin under doctor prescription does it affect my baby or does it cause diarhoe in baby

If it has been prescribed by the doctor then your doctor message given it to you by keeping into the mind that you are a breastfeeding mother so I don’t think so it’s a problem don’t worry about it yet if you have a doubt about it kindly cross check with you treating doctor
