im a mom of 6yr old boy .. few days back he said his stomach is hurting most of the times . I wasn't sure if it was real or an excuse for going to school . & today again he cried again for stomach ache . he says the pain is near naval applied coconut oil .. what may be the reason ? how do I help him ? is it because of heat ? what can I give him to eat ?
