Q.

im 52 kgs of weight.but i hv fat abs after delivery and how to get rid of it.. only yoga can reduce it or should i do diet

A. definitely you can do exercises Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hello dear parent! Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Start walking. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Good luck and take care.
