Im 30 weeks pregnant and my legs are swelling. Any useful remedies?

Leg swelling is very common during pregnancy. You don’t have to keep your legs down for a long time and don’t stand on Same position for long time and this is the main reason behind the swelling. You always have to keep your legs up while sitting. And you can walk as you are doing but don’t stand for long time.
