A. Hello dear! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in that diet. Baby’s skin colour depends on the genetic structure and race. Nothing of it can be changed. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
