If u sleep after lunch will u gain weight

A. Hello Afternoon nap is not recommended. it can cause fat gain. try to relax for 1/2 hour , but not sleeping. also take lesser chapati & avoid rice in lunch so that you don't feel extremely drowsy after the meal

A. Hi mom Yes it is true. When u sleep after taking lunch, u gain weight. Do exercise to reduce your weight like yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body. Take care
