if the nipple size is large will baby's upper lip gums become big I mean will there tooth comes front in future

A. you can use any nipple shield . also it will not have any effect on baby . Mother should be given exclusive till 6 month and later on can be continued till baby age 2 yr of age for proper weight and height gain and good immunity
