Q.

if the children below one year can't be given any salt or sugar. where does the iodine come for them in daily bases??

A. iodine requirement fulfil from other food like veggies, and from bm. Give two meal and one snack a day Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand. . .

A. basically these kinds of problems or you can say these kinds of savings are now a new thing in raising a baby but I have given a little amount of salt and sugar or you can say jaggery or any such a thing which keeps the little one strong happy and also develop the tasting habits for the baby after 4 month baby is able to have the taste buds are definitely you should give a small portion
