if the child has fever than..what shall we do first?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. parent your kids 4 months old you need to monitor the temperature using thermometer is the temperature is more than 100 degree fahrenheit give oral paracetamol drops along with tepid sponging with wet cloth you need to evaluate for the focus of infection so you need to consult your doctor if the fever pers is beyond 2 days
