Nirbhay PratapExpecting Father due this month2 days agoA. if you are average built with BMI within normal limits (18.5-23kg/m²) then Aim to gain weight is 10-12kg if you are obese and BMI is more than 27.5 kg/m² then not more than 5-9kgs
