my baby girl born weight was 2kg.750gms.now she is 3 months and her weight is 4 kg.500 gms .how to gain more weight

A. its good. child should double it's birth weight by completion of six months and triples by one year. give only breastmilk till completion of six months for healthy growth and weight gain

A. thank you Dr. But every time she has watery potty 6-8 times a day since birth.

A. How Much more weight gain are you looking for your child has sufficient weight as per the age it’s very very good so I don’t think so you need to be worried about these things because your child is having an appropriate wait more than this would be like an overweight category
