if my newborn sleeps more than 3 hours do I need to wakeup and feed?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom no if he is sleeping peacefully and without any discomfort as such it’s fine and acceptable , as far as he is awake and taking his feed well and gaining weight gradually
