Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. this may be stye, hair folliculitis of eye lid . It is very difficult to comment here without proper physical examination. You must take appointment and visit to near by hospital eye specialist

It Could be any reason without proper assessment we cannot be sure since it is under the eyes of the child I would not advise you to wait any person you should just get a check with your doctor asked and as you can because you need to get it treated with your doctor ones
