A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestadtions occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is cdommonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. U Have to monitor your child for a minimum of 24 to 48 hours if your child suddenly vomit then it could be a sign for an internal injury otherwise if your child is doing good without any issue your child is having everything normal normal behaviour and everything
