Q.

my son often falls down and gets hit on the head always I'm worried about tat what will happen if hes getting hit always on the head I'm scared of leaving him down now

A. there's no injury but he bangs his head often

A. if the child is having some kind of fall injury you should not ignore this and it would be better to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of your child
