If I massage the vaccine area after 4 to 5 hours is it harmful for my baby?

No It is absolutely fine if you want to do it go ahead with it it is not going to be harmful or dangerous in any manner you can do it if you feel that your child is getting covered or your child is relieved with it but you can definitely go ahead with it
