If I HV cough and cold how to come out from this

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. take tablet cetirizine 10mg once a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fever as well as pain. go for hot saline gargles at at at least 4 times per day and take tulsi ginger honey as well as turmeric with milk. you can continue breastfeeding if going on. if there is no improvement in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Maintain hydration
