if I eat junk food will it hurt my babys stomach if I am breastfeeding

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 hours agoA. dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother what u eat does not affect ur babys stomach nor affect the digestion. however, for ur own good health, u shud avoid junk food as much as possible.

No it is not going to affect your child but it is not advisable that you eat any of these things before 40 to 50 days of your delivery so afterwards you can eat and that in a minimal quantity because if you eat more it is going to affect you not your child
