if I don't feed my baby full day there is no leakage from my Breast is that means I have low milk supply

Yup Yeah that could possibly mean the same because when you do not feed the child through the day and you do not have any pain in your breast or your breast does not make sufficient breastfeeding to feed the child it does not over so that means you’re definitely low on breastfeeding
