If he is getting so inquisitive about private parts of a female then how should we deal with that.. sometimes he even tries to touch. What is the correct way to stop him?

or give toys , activities like building blocks, puzzles etc

just try to distract your child.
don't Scold or yell at your child for this.
take your child away from the situation .
maintain good hygiene
