if child is not eating anything what can be the reason plzz help??

Teething Is the most common reason and if so as per you that is not the reason then there could be a possibility that your child is having some another problem because loss of appetite can be either due to the problem that I’m suggesting or sometimes you do low iron levels as well but that happens gradually so you just have to see for how much time are you facing this issue with your child
