If baby is not pee for more than 20 hours what should we do?? How it effects??

That’s an extremely long time you should immediately consult your paediatrician this is quite a sign that your child could be dehydrated and 20 hours is an extremely long time for anybody it’s very important that you consult your doctor as soon as you can
