its better to consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised.
trim baby nails frequently.
maintain hygiene

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can clean the same with boric powder mixed in warm water. And dip cotton in it, then simply wash that yellow discharge.
Also consult with your paediatric once for any eye drops needed or not. Good luck and take care
