Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you can ensure proper growth and immunity by giving a proper balanced diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. Multivitamin syrup like polybion LC can be given 5 ml twice a day foger 1 to 2 months. boosting the immunity along with following all the safety precautions will help in protecting the child from the infections.
