If 4 months lo is exclusively on bf, n after feeding him, taking him up on shoulder for burping he pukes it all? what does this indicate and additionally wanted to know, if lo pukes all than does certain amt of milk goes in tummy too or no?

I understand ur concern.
But this little vomit is due to acid reflux in babies which will go with time as baby grows up. So no need to worry if ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day and gaining weight.
