ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear mum, baby’s weight at 4 months would depend on the birth weight. If your baby’s birth weight was 3 kg, then weight after 4 months should be 5 kg or more.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi mom Ideal weight of 4 months baby should be 5-8 kgs. If ur baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much. Ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by five months. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months.
