Iam the mother of 5months old twin babies. I have under gone cessarian. My tummy has become so large. how to make it normal as before pregnancy?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. start serious walk. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmenta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
