iam taking lactoways granules in morning and night to boost my milk supply .. can I also take nursing tea from little veda to boost milk supply

you may take.
but it works on demand and supply mechanisms so please offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches,the more milk is produced.
massage your breasts with coconut oil.
take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
stay stress free
