iam mother of 3 month baby girl..i took Azithromycin and citrazin for 3 days for cold..2 days after stopping my medicine my baby is having dry cough...does cold r cough come through breastfeeding mother..?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. its better to consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor. use saline nasal drops six hrly. give indirect steam inhalation

Hello mom Yes it can happen and it can also be because of change in weather in such case you should always try to keep your baby normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. If you want then you can also give indirect steam with warm water twice a day
