iam mother of 11 months baby. I have mumps from 5 days. it will affect to my baby. what precautions I should take not to spread for baby. I should feed my baby.

A. dear mum you should absolutely breastfeed your baby even if having mumps breast milk provides antibodies and strength immunity of the baby maintain proper hygiene hand wash with soap wear mask during breastfeeding
